Best Natural Hypertension Treatment – A Secret is Finally Revealed
By the end of this article, you will know more about hypertension than 90% of doctors and what is this natural treatment I am talking about. So stay with and let’s begin …
First of all, am I exaggerating?
My answer is … No, not at all, keep reading and you will understand why!
At the various Faculties of Medicine, your doctor has learned things that are outdated and today contradicted by modern science.
Starting with this misconception: “blood pressure naturally increases with age.“
No, increased blood pressure as you get older is not “normal“!
It is one of the most ingrained “dogmas” in cardiology.
It wasn’t that long ago that it was even said that a “normal” blood pressure is 100+ your age. Which means that if you are 20 years old, your normal blood pressure would be 120 (which is the same as the “12” your doctor tells you when he says your blood pressure is “12/8”).
And if you are 60 years of age, it would be “normal” to have a blood pressure of 160 (or “16”) which is terrifying to me.
But we now know that all of this makes no sense.
A couple of years ago I wrote an article along these lines:
Among the hunter-gatherer peoples, who have the most ‘natural‘ way of life, blood pressure does not appear to increase an inch with age.
And That’s it, The Definitive Proof Has Just Landed …
It comes to us from the Amazon Rainforest, on the border between Venezuela and Brazil.
There, cardiology researchers studied two quite different Amazonian tribes:
- The first tribe (Yanomami) is totally isolated from the western world and has retained its 100% traditional way of life;
- The second tribe (Ye’kuana) trades with the outside world and consumes some junk food.
Well that makes a big difference to their blood pressure!
Among the Yanomami cut off from the world, blood pressure is 95/63 on average.
This is very low when you think of the average being 120/70 (or 12/7) on average in Western countries!
But the most amazing thing is that this blood pressure does not increase at all with age!
Above all, this is not what you see in the neighboring tribe, the Ye’kuana, who consume a little processed food.
In children, blood pressure is the same in both tribes.
But at age 50, the Ye’kuana’s blood pressure is 15 points higher than the Yanomami!
Of course, this is still a very reasonable level – with a blood pressure of only 110.
But it is proof that the increase in the blood pressure with age has to do with the Western way of life …
… and it is also proof that if our lifestyle were perfect, our blood pressure would remain the same from 7 to 77 years!
When we understand that, we also understand why hypertension medications are problematic so, shouldn’t we rather look for a natural treatment?
Why it is Dangerous to Artificially Lower our Blood Pressure?
Because raising your blood pressure is not an “accident” or a “genetic problem“!
It is your body’s reaction to an environment that does not suit it:
- An unbalanced diet;
- A lack of physical activity;
- Air pollution;
- Etc., etc.
And like any natural reaction in your body, high blood pressure isn’t meant to bother you.
Your body’s goal is not to kill you with a stroke!
If your blood pressure increases, it’s usually because your arteries are in bad shape.
With young and flexible arteries, low blood pressure is enough to keep your blood flowing well … and to supply all your organs with oxygen and vital nutrients.
But if your arteries become rigid, your blood circulates less well and your blood pressure increases mechanically, for your own good.
Think of a bad hose: you need more “pressure” to get the liquid to its destination.
Well, it’s the same with the blood in your arteries, which carries oxygen and much-needed nutrients.
This is why it is very risky to lower your hypertension artificially, with medication as opposed to seek a natural treatment instead.
You endanger the most difficult organs to irrigate: your kidneys, your brain … and your heart itself.
This is the whole point of focusing on the symptom rather than the cause of the disease!
So of course, if you have a blood pressure of 180, it is reasonable to take medicine to lower it … because a too high blood pressure can be painful and dangerous.
But keep in mind that the drug does not solve your problem … you are warding off the biggest danger (stroke) but you are creating other health problems!
Avoid medication if you have “moderate” blood pressure …
The best evidence was given to by a recent study, published in the widely recognized “JAMA internal medicine”.
This study shows that if you have a blood pressure between 140/90 and 160/100, without a cardiac risk factor …
… Well it is clearly dangerous to take blood pressure medication!
Because out of 20,000 patients with a slightly too high blood pressure, those who received medication had, after 6 years:
- 2% more risk of to die;
- 9% more risk of having cardiovascular disease.
The researchers say these differences are not “statistically significant,” but these numbers are hardly reassuring.
At the very least, taking medication is pointless.
Worse: the study shows that there are significantly more side effects in the group that received the drugs:
- More hypotension;
- More syncope;
- And more kidney damage.
And of course, these are just the direct consequences of too low blood pressure.
Some blood pressure medications do more damage – as these recent headlines show:
“Hypertension: drugs increase the risk of lung cancer …”
Translated from “Pourquoi Docteur“, October 25, 2018
“There are many drugs that are believed to increase the risk of depression …“, including drugs for hypertension.
Translated from “Santé Magazine“, June 14, 2018
“An anti-hypertensive treatment would cause skin cancer …”
Translated from “Pourquoi Docteur“, December 16, 2017
I am planning to write an article sometimes in the near future about these risks and the medications that should be especially avoided.
What I want to tell you today is that it is risky to artificially lower your blood pressure, because your blood pressure does not rise for no reason.
… But don’t give up on lowering your blood pressure!
Doctors have a hard time understanding this, because they have been trained in “drugs”.
Suddenly, their reasoning is binary:
- If you are “sick” you need medicine;
- If you don’t need the medicine, you are “healthy”.
But it is deeply false and simplistic.
- YES, above 130 your blood pressure is too high (think Amazonian Yanomami!).
- But NO, that doesn’t mean you have to take medicine to lower it!
- Your high blood pressure is a sign that something is ‘wrong’ and that you should be addressing the cause of the problem!
I must remind you of the 3 most important reflexes to lower your blood pressure naturally are:
- Eat more vegetables rich in potassium: spinach, lettuce, romaine salad, cabbage, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant, pumpkins, carrots;
- Reduce your consumption of high glycemic index carbohydrates: sweets, cookies, cakes, industrial cereals, white rice, classic bread and potatoes;
- And get physical: 10,000 steps per day and 20 to 30 minutes more sustained (cycling, swimming, running, etc.) at least three times a week.
In most cases, these simple adjustments should suffice.
But if your hypertension is “anchored“, more needs to be done, with specific natural remedies.
To tell you the truth, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure many years ago and of course was prescribed medication. Okay, my blood pressure came down a little bit after a while, but I knew that it would never go away for good. I was condemned to swallow these tablets, without fail, every single day of my life.
As my regular readers know (hence the topic of this website) I am all for natural remedies. So, I had to find a natural remedy for my hypertension. Obviously I followed the recommendations listed above, i.e. improve my diet and follow a physical program.
Yes, it worked, but at the same time it was not the easiest program to follow, and due to my busy schedule, I was unable to keep at it all the time.
So, I thought that there must be some easier ways to go about reducing my high blood pressure, and if possible permanently. After weeks and months of research and testing, I found it and I am going to share it with you now.
It is a 100% Natural and Easy to Follow Hypertension Treatment!
First of all, I bought a blood pressure tester in order to be able to monitor my progress so that I wouldn’t have to go to my doctor for that; as he would have been horrified if I told him that I had stopped taking the medication that he prescribed.
If you wish you can buy one for yourself, it is quite inexpensive, like this Automatic Digital Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.
And after months of checking my blood pressure while doing what I am going to reveal to you, I can honestly say that I am now living a normal life, free of worries.
So here it is, watch the video and all will be revealed to you:
