  1. Hi John,
Great page, but can you tell me where are the best places to buy the oils? I have a few basic ones like lavender and tea tree oils, but some of the ones you use I haven’t heard of.
I apologise if it somewhere else on the site and I hust haven’t looked.

  2. Hi John,
Thanks so much for taking the time to write a helpful article to help me to live better with psoriasis.
As you say, I get tired to deal with it most of the days and my doctor only tells me to keep on the prescription he gives me.
It’s good to know there’s a better way to treat it and get good results.
I will follow your advice and instructions.
Do you have any advice to help me to get rid of age spots on my hands?

    • Thanks very much for visiting my website Alejandra and for commenting on one of my latest articles “Essential Oils To Help With Psoriasis”. I am glad that you might have found an alternative way for treating your psoriasis. Once you have started using the recipe I have suggested, please make sure to record your results and share your progress here below.

Regarding your question about how to get rid of age spots on your hands, of course I have some recommendations for you which are also alternative to conventional medicines. I usually recommend one of the 3 following essential oils which guarantees great results:

      1. Frankincense Essential Oil = https://amzn.to/2LwYuT5
      2. Sandalwood Essential Oil = https://amzn.to/2Ja44wd
      3. Lavender Essential Oil = https://amzn.to/2KToLtB

You do not need all 3 of them at the same time but you might have to test one after the other in order to find the one that works best for you. Also, you and some of my readers might be interested in knowing that these essential oils are also good to help with reducing the appearance of wrinkles and also have anti-tumor and anti-cancerous properties, the reason why it is perfect for dealing with age spots.

Essential oils should always be mixed with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or apricot oil. You need to apply this mixture only on your age spots, with a earbud for example.

I hope that this will help your conditions Alejandra and of course I would be happy if you would report back here with your results.

I wish you the very best of health.

      John ツ

  3. In the years of health and wellness industry, psoriasis is a non curable illness. You have share with everyone who have psoriasis on how to relieve the symptom and the recipe using essential oil.

Thanks for the informative article. I enjoy reading your article a lot by gaining knowledge of using essential oil.

  4. My grandma suffers terribly with psoriasis and has tried all sorts of lotions and potions. This remedy sounds really good and definitely worth giving a go as I hate to see her in discomfort. I presume it’s fairly easy to get hold of all the essential oils that you mention.

Is psoriasis hereditary? Also, do you become more prone to it if you are pregnant?

    • Thanks very much for sharing your grandma’s unfortunate experience with psoriasis Louise. Yes, you could try the remedy I am suggesting in my Essential Oils To Help With Psoriasis article. These essential oils are very easy to get hold of, and at best prices on Amazon

Psoriasis is believed to be hereditary, yes. As a matter of fact I am in the process of writing an article on the subject, so if you have requested to be informed when a new content is published, you will soon be notified.

We know that pregnancy results in many changes in the woman’s body, and that includes the skin. In some cases, psoriasis may tend to appear during pregnancy, but only on women who are prone to have this skin disorder. This situation is discussed in one of my earlier articles: Natural Remedies For Psoriasis During Pregnancy

I hope that you will find a suitable remedy for your grandma and if you have any questions, please ask them here and I am sure that you will have a rapid reply.

I wish you and your grandma a very healthy life.

      John ツ
